Your introduction to the Thought Industries platform begins with on-demand or virtual instructor-led training in the fundamentals. Afterward, access advanced learning and certification pathways at any time in the TI academy, or speak with the TI Customer Education team during dedicated office hours. Learn from your peers in weekly educational sessions, small-group strategy roundtables, or our customer community.

Onboard with the Experts

As experts in customer learning, we know how critical onboarding is to the customer experience. Our in-house professional services team works to understand your business objectives and goals as part of our sales process, to ensure that we are aligned on onboarding needs before you make a decision or sign a contract. Once you have signed, your assigned Project Manager and Implementation Consultant will review your goals and requirements to curate a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure you are ready to launch, grow, and sustain the solution that we deliver. Onboarding services are a one-time cost for the first year of your contract.
