Taxspeaker planned to move its online learning to the Thought Industries platform and license branded learning experiences to large organizations.

Boston, MA, June 27, 2017 – Thought Industries, one of the fastest-growing online learning companies and creator of the first Learning Business Platform (now Thought Industries Academy), today announced a new partnership agreement with Taxspeaker®, a continuing education company for accounting and tax professionals. Taxspeaker will migrate its existing online learning content to the platform to improve the learning experience and scale its learning business.
Currently, Taxspeaker provides education directly to accounting and tax professionals. The organization delivers learning through conferences, live and pre-recorded webcasts, on-demand videos, and self-study programs. Because of the nature of Taxspeaker’s content, it must update learning materials regularly, at least once a year. To do this, Taxspeaker needed a platform that allowed fast content updates and course replication across its entire network of learning sites. The organization will use Thought Industries’ course authoring and content propagation capabilities to achieve this.
Taxspeaker will also develop the B2B side of its learning business using the platform’s Panorama functionality. Using Panorama, Taxspeaker plans to license existing learning content to large organizations by creating custom, branded learning experiences. “We are excited about switching over to Thought Industries and are excited to see our growth,” says Ryan Jennings, IT Director at Taxspeaker. “We are also excited by what Thought Industries has in its development pipeline and how we can leverage those coming innovations to improve our online learning experiences.”
