Barry Kelly is the CEO and Co-founder of Thought Industries. He is an external training champion, marketer and digital learning innovator. His career has focused on supporting businesses to deliver impactful training experiences that increase customer lifetime value.
Prior to Thought Industries, Barry was the Vice President of Technology and Product Development at America’s Test Kitchen. In this role, he created, executed and maintained the digital product strategy and served on the senior management team.

Robin Wadsworth brings more than 25 years of high growth B2B technology, go-to-market and leadership experience to her role as President. Robin focuses on the entire customer lifecycle and aligning the go-to-market functions with the business plan.
Prior to joining Thought Industries, Robin held senior-level sales positions at PROS where she was instrumental in building a global cross-functional collaboration methodology, and BlackLine, Inc. where she increased the enterprise value in excess of 10 times to more than $2.5 billion during her tenure.
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Chris McClelland co-founded Thought Industries with Barry Kelly in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in software development, Chris and his team have built the platform from the ground up into the award-winning solution it is today. As Chief Technology Officer, Chris is responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring technological resources are aligned with business needs.
Prior to Thought Industries, Chris held lead developer positions with America’s Test Kitchen and DigitalAdvisor.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mike Daecher brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience from fast-growing startups and established online businesses. Prior to working at Thought Industries, he was Chief Marketing Officer at ArtistWorks.
Before that Mike was at Active Interest Media where he first learned and used the Thought Industries platform to launch the multi-million dollar online education business.
Chief Financial Officer
Rob Lubash brings over 20 years of financial leadership and SaaS experience from rapidly-growing startups to public companies. Most recently, Rob was CFO at InCrowd. Previously, he garnered experience in the SaaS learning solutions space at OutStart, later acquired by Kenexa and IBM.
A certified public accountant and chartered global management accountant, Rob has also served as a controller at ServiceSoft and Infinium.
Chief Product Officer
Todd Boes brings over 25 years of experience building and launching enterprise-grade products, platforms, and services in both early-stage startup and Fortune 500 software companies.
Todd is responsible for product development, ongoing feature innovation and overseeing the product lifecycle, including product vision and roadmap.
Prior to Thought Industries, Todd served as Chief Product Officer at Genscape, Inc., where he led the vision, strategy, and delivery for the industry’s largest Internet-of-Things data analytics and predictive insights platform.
Senior Vice President of Customer Experience
Therese Kelleher brings over 20 years of customer-centric and global business experience to the company. Responsible for building a world-class customer-obsessed organization focused on delivering a phenomenal customer experience across all segments and geographies, Therese oversees the Account Management, Customer Success and Technical Success & Support organizations, as well as customer-facing teams at Thought Industries. She has a passion for establishing practices for long-term customer success and hiring, developing and retaining top talent.
Prior to Thought Industries, she held various senior-level customer success, sales and general management positions at Groupize, BCD Meetings & Events, EF Education First and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
Vice President of Learning Strategies
Daniel Quick brings over 20 years of experience designing learning, delivering training, and building customer education programs. Daniel is responsible for leading industry research, product education, and L&D teams, and is focused on communicating valuable best practices with the broader community.
Before joining Thought Industries, Daniel was a game designer and entrepreneur. More recently, he led Customer Education at Optimizely, Culture Amp, and Asana. Daniel is passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences and delighting customers.
Vice President of People Operations
Sarah Camacho brings over 20 years of business financial management, entrepreneurial, and people operations experience to the company. Responsible for all employee-facing operations, including HR, employee onboarding, culture, professional development, benefits, performance management, and ongoing employee experience, Sarah will support employee engagement and foster a culture of remote collaboration, diversity, and inclusion that helps grow the business.
Prior to Thought Industries, she was the owner of Camacho Financial LLC, an accounting firm specializing in recordkeeping for Business, Trusts, and Associations, helping organizations establish effective operations and plan for future profitability. She’s worked with Thought Industries since the founding of the company and was instrumental in growing the foundation for the accounting and payroll functions.
Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Mike Jahoda brings nearly 20 years of experience establishing and leading high-performing and profitable Professional Services teams with companies in high-growth phases. Mike oversees the global professional services strategy, utilizing his strong mentorship, culture, communication and relationship management experience to build out the team and create lasting customer relationships.
