BOSTON, MA – Thought Industries, one of the fastest-growing online learning platforms, was selected by the Boulder Crest Institute to help the organization scale its Warrior PATHH (Progressive and Alternative Training for Healing Heroes) program. Warrior PATHH is the nation’s first-ever program designed to cultivate and facilitate Post-Traumatic Growth amongst combat veterans, and has delivered results – in an 18-month longitudinal program evaluation – far exceeding anything seen through mainstream treatment approaches. Through the partnership, Thought Industries’ online learning platform will be used to develop training courses to help the program expand nationally.
According to Josh Goldberg, Executive Director of the Boulder Crest Institute, the expansion of the PATHH program comes at a time when one out of every three Americans returning home from Iraq or Afghanistan struggles with psychological wounds, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
“We believe that strong, capable, and trained military mentors, working hand-in-hand with mental health professionals and training experts, are the key to fostering an environment of trust, openness, and safety,” explained Mr. Goldberg. “We view our partnership with Thought Industries as an important next step in helping our military members, veterans, and their families who are struggling get the training they need so they can live productive, fulfilling, and service-oriented lives at home.”
The Thought Industries technology, which will serve as the backbone of the organization’s online training program, was chosen as a result of the platform’s customizable white label functionality and the company’s “quality over quantity” approach.
“After evaluating several platforms, we were very impressed with the Thought Industries’ team as a whole,” Goldberg added. “The platform allows us to provide our community with a very similar learning experience they’d receive from attending an on-site training at any of our facilities which was an important consideration during the selection process.”
“We’re honored to work alongside Josh and his team at the Boulder Crest Institute,” noted Barry Kelly, CEO of Thought Industries. “The work they are doing is critical to the health and happiness of so many and we’re grateful that they choose us to support this very important mission.”
Thought Industries powers the business of learning with their industry-leading platform. The company was founded in 2014 around the core belief that online learning experiences should be modern, intuitive, engaging, and scalable. Today, Thought Industries features a library of powerful, easy-to-use tools that enable organizations to cost-effectively scale their business and engage with customers across their entire lifecycle. All from one, robust platform.
