BOSTON, MA, July 9, 2019 – Thought Industries, the creator of the world’s first Learning Business Platform™, was selected by the Industry Data Exchange Association (IDEASM) to scale their customer training. IDEA is on the precipice of launching new software and sought a learning solution to help onboard and train across their enterprise and end-users.
Focused on training their clients within the electrical industry, IDEA offers a platform to connect distributors and manufacturers for fluid, timely communication around product and pricing information. With Thought Industries, IDEA will create a training program to improve adoption and retention on their new product.
“Thought Industries is the perfect learning solution for IDEA. Their learning portal will help us with one of the largest product launches we have had since our company’s inception. Partnering with Thought Industries will help IDEA train our entire customer base quickly and easily” said Bill Ferguson, Vice President of Products and Services for IDEA.
IDEA’s learning site will offer their clients and end-users interactive courses embedded within their software via In-App Play for moment-of-need training.
“We’re excited to partner with another great software company seeking to create a better experience for their customers,” said Doug Murphy, President of Thought Industries, “In-App Play, our embedded learning, offers a great opportunity to increased adoption by presenting content when the learner needs it. We use it on our platform and look forward to seeing IDEA succeed with it as well.”
